Shura arrived in Brookhaven alongside her twin brother Alex ten years ago on a rainy day in April. They were immediately taken in by Lieutenants in the Kulva crime family and raised by them to be public facing individuals.
In stark contrast to her twin brother Alex, Shura Popov has done very little to convince the people of Brookhaven that she possesses good intentions. What Alex does with his words Shura can do with her muscles and reflexes. From childhood, she was considered a sports prodigy. Stronger than all of her classmates, any attempts to bully her were shut down immediately by a mixed combination of overwhelming force and the calm convincing voice of her charismatic brother Alex. As she grew, Shura took an interest in shooting and martial arts. By the time she reached adolescence, everyone knew better than to try to picking on her for her less than traditional interests. She was left alone for the most part, only involved in social functions at the insistence of her twin brother.
As an 18 year old member of the Kulva Mafia, Shura commands small scale operations and keeps her brother Alex safe.
